At Burger Bach our purpose is simple: We Bring New Zealand to You. We frame every decision we make through the lens of accomplishing this purpose. We have carefully and intentionally sourced from the healthiest and best, naturally good-for-you products, including:
From the purest pastures on Earth: we blend whole cuts of beef and grind daily for perfect flavor, marbling and quality. We hand-form our patties for optimum juiciness and tenderness. We use 100% lamb shoulder to grind and patty our perfect lamb burgers.
Hand-cut Idaho Russet Potatoes cooked in 100% refined peanut oil. Served with your choice of bachmade dipping sauces. Fresh. Never Frozen. Made to order.
Pair our rotating craft beer or premium wine list with our menu of unique flavors to unlock the ultimate Intelligent Indulgence experience. Our craft cocktails are pre-prohibition style with fresh juices, Bach-infused syrups, and no artificial ingredients.
Seafood is our secret weapon. We serve wild caught jumbo Argentinian Royal Red shrimp, roasted oysters, Ahi Tuna and offer a raw bar full of fresh local and Mid-Atlantic oysters.
Bach (pronounced batch) is a small, often very modest holiday home or beach house. Alternatively called a crib on the South Island, they are an iconic part of New Zealand history & culture, where they symbolized the beach holiday lifestyle that was becoming more accessible to the emerging middlenclass in the 1950’s.
At Burger Bach we don’t take reservations, we accommodate our loyal Bachers through a call-ahead seating system that allows our guests to add their name to the wait list without being physically present in the building.
Give us a call 30-45 minutes before you plan on arriving, and if we’re on a wait, we can add you to it ahead of time! That way, when you arrive, you’ll have a shorter in house wait at the restaurant.
If your party is larger than six, please call us an hour beforehand and ask to speak with the manager on duty, who can explain our seating accommodations for the night.’
