In New Zealand, a "bach" is a modest holiday home, a place of comfort, simplicity, and good company. That spirit lives in everything we do. From our grass-fed beef raised on the open pastures of New Zealand to our locally-baked buns from Flour Garden in RVA, every ingredient is chosen with care.
Our cattle roam freely on New Zealand's lush green farmlands, no hormones, no antibiotics, just pure grass-fed goodness. Paired with organic NZ dairy, Manuka honey dressings, and the freshest local produce, this is clean eating done right.
