What's In a Name?

Bach (pronounced batch) is a small, often very modest holiday home or beach house. Alternatively called a crib on the South Island, they are an iconic part of New Zealand history & culture, where they symbolized the beach holiday lifestyle that was becoming more accessible to the emerging middle
class in the 1950's.

Our beef and lamb are sourced from Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand. Our beef is a blend of ribeye, brisket, chuck, and fat. We cut, grind, and patty the burgers in-house daily for a high-quality flavor.

Hand-cut Idaho Russet Potatoes cooked in 100% refined peanut oil. Served with your choice of house-made dipping sauces. Always fresh, never frozen.
