At Short Pump Location we don't take reservations. We accommodate our loyal Bachers through a call-ahead seating system that allows our guests to add their name to the wait list without being physically present in the building.

Give us a call 30-45 minutes before you plan on arriving, and if we're on a wait, we can add you to it ahead of time! That way, when you arve, you'll have a shorter in house wait at the restaurant.

If your party is larger than six, please call us an hour beforehand and ask to speak with the manager on duty, who can explain our seating accommodations for the night.'

HOW TO GET HERE

To get to Burger Bach in Short Pump, Virginia, you can follow these directions:

  1. Start by determining your starting location and the best route to take to Short Pump, Virginia.

  2. Once you arrive in Short Pump, you will need to navigate to 2225 Old Brick Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060, which is the address for Burger Bach.

  3. There are several ways to get to Burger Bach, but the most common route is via the Interstate 64. If you are coming from Richmond, take I-64 West toward Charlottesville.

  4. Take Exit 180A for Gaskins Road South.

  5. Turn right onto Old Brick Road, then turn right into the Short Pump Station Shopping Center.

  6. Burger Bach will be located in the Short Pump Station Shopping Center, on your right-hand side.

  7. When you arrive at the Short Pump Station Shopping Center, there is a parking lot available for Burger Bach customers to park their vehicles. You can park in any available space in the lot.

If you encounter any difficulties along the way, you can always use a GPS device or map application to help you find your way to Burger Bach in Short Pump.

We proudly serve award-winning pasture raised Black Angus New Zealand beef from Silver Fern Farms, 100% grass fed free range New Zealand lamb from Ovation, organic free range chicken from Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, and make our own vegan black bean patty.

Our buns are delivered fresh daily from Flour Garden and toasted with New Zealand butter. Each burger is served with a mixed greens salad tossed in a fresh herb vinaigrette.
